Countdown to the 10th E-Commerce Paris exhibition!
With 30,000 visitors, 500 participating companies and 350 speakers, E-Commerce Paris is the largest event dedicated to the sector in Europe, a trendsetter and a veritable laboratory of innovation. The 10th edition will be held from 24 to 26 September 2013.
In addition to the three traditional Technologies, Digital Marketing and Logistics areas of the trade show, the event will this year open up a fourth dimension entitled "Customer Experience", which will be dedicated exclusively to the customer journey and purchasing experience. From the customer relationship to the digitisation of the point of sale, this new space will allow the event to cover the entire e-commerce value chain.
The theme of the plenary sessions will also problematise consumer power in online trading. This format will be complemented by solutions workshops led by practitioners whose mission is to share their "toolbox".
