UkrSibbank’s Contact Center Named Best in CIS and Eastern Europe
Contact Center of UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group is named the best medium-size contact center (up to 200 operators) according to CCG Call Center Awards 2011 Crystal Headset — the most prestigious contest among contact centers in CIS and Eastern Europe. The event took place on 22 March 2011 in Moscow, Russia.
Nаtаlіya Іzmаylоvа, Head of the Contact Center, became the winner in the nomination «Person of the Year». Besides, UkrSibbank made one of the top-5 in two more nominations — «Operator of the Year» and «Best Small Shift of the Year» (up to 10 people).
CCG Call Center Awards Crystal Headset was set in 2005. This year the contest was supported by Call Center Guru professional community and gethered 215 leading companies in telecommunications, banking, insurance and outsourcing.
Evaluating the call-centers’ work, the jury closely considered service quality, HR management efficiency, employees’ satisfaction at work, comfortable environment, input of the call-center into overall performance of the company, as well as clear understanding of its role in business.

UkrSibbank runs for Crystal Headset contest for the second time in a row and wins high international appraisal. Last year UkrSibbank received «High Jury Recognition» in «Campaign of the Year» nomination for efficient direct-marketing campaigns. In «Operator of the Year» and «Best Big Shift of the Year (up to 30 people)» nominations UkrSibbank’s Contact Center made one of top-5.
