Azerbaijani banks start to open their own "info centers"
Azerbaijani banks start using a new tool of work with customers and development of the branch network - "information centers".
DemirBank, which has changed location of 10 its branches for the last two years, has opened its first info center in Mingachevir city.
"In the data center, located in Mingachevir at add: 36, Heydar Aliyev Avenue, the customers can get information about the services of the Bank, request a credit and bank cards, pay loans, insurance, utilities and communication services. The info center was installed a cash machine and payment terminal PayPoint. The info center was established in order to expand DemirBank’s service network in regions. In the future it is expected to transfer the info center into the branch," the Bank reported.
Currently, DemirBank’s service network consists of 32 branches and info centers, 13 of them - are in Baku, and 19 - in Ganja, Sumgait, Sheki, Zagatala, Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Barda, Gazakh, Shamkir, Guba, Gusar, Goychay, Agdash Agsu Shamakhi, Lankaran, Masalli, Sabirabad and Imishli.
