The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan is preparing 13 new state standards in the area of information and communication technologies. According to the MCIT, 3 standards concern biometric information, 4 - digital TV, 2 – software products, 2 – terminology. The European Commission is proposing new rules to make it easier for consumers to switch bank accounts.
